CHEF’S ADVICE
When it comes to baked fish, thicker fillets work best
STEPS
- Before you begin, fry off your ingredients and pre-make any sauces or toppings
- Drizzle and cover your fish with your sauces/toppings of choice and cook according to fillet thickness
- 1kg of fish fillets will bake at 180c for approximately 15-20 minutes
- 2kg of fish fillets will bake at 180c for approximately 40-60 minutes
- If you are using whole fish, cover your dish with foil for the first half of the cooking time to ensure the fish is cooked all the way through
