There are a number of ways to cook whole fish on the BBQ, but the simplest way is to wrap the fish in foil
STEPS
- Line your foil with a layer of thick sliced potato – this will prevent the fish from sticking or burning
- Add the fish on top along with your favourite taste ingredients
- Wrap the foil tightly around the fish and place onto the BBQ to cook
CLEANING
When it comes to cleaning your BBQ afterwards, here are some simple steps you can follow:
- Heat the BBQ
- Scrap away any food
- Wash and wipe the BBQ with a damp rag
- Cut a lemon in half, using the cut side down – wash the hotplate with the half lemon
