How to Cook Baked Fish

When it comes to baked fish, thicker fillets work best

STEPS

  1. Before you begin, fry off your ingredients and pre-make any sauces or toppings
  2. Drizzle and cover your fish with your sauces/toppings of choice and cook according to fillet thickness
  3. 1kg of fish fillets will bake at 180c for approximately 15-20 minutes
  4. 2kg of fish fillets will bake at 180c for approximately 40-60 minutes
  5. If you are using whole fish, cover your dish with foil for the first half of the cooking time to ensure the fish is cooked all the way through
