How to Pan Fry Seafood

CHEF’S ADVICE

Never add your seafood to a cold pan, always wait until the oil is hot

STEPS

  1. Cover the bottom of a non-stick frying pan with your oil of choice
  2. Heat the pan to approximately 80% of your cooktop’s maximum position
  3. When the oil begins to smoke, it’s ready
  4. Add your seafood and reduce the temperature control to 70% of your cooktop’s maximum position while cooking
  5. Once cooked, remove from the heat and enjoy!
